TV Shows - Plot Holes

COMMUNITY will always be one of my all time favorite TV Show. I got really attached to the show that I watch, whenever I get a free time. I even got blocked on the Twitter for a tweet by the director of the show "Dan Harmon" for pointing out the biggest plot hole which is the departing of Troy and Pierce from the show. Just like any other show, it has got plot holes, here are the thing I have noticed throughout the first season. However before Jeff decided to form the study group, he gave an motivational speech about each and every person. The things he said about others can be considered guessed.
